This vessel is located in North Kingstown, R.I..  It has benefitted from numerous mechanical upgrades and the care of a knowledgeable owner.  It has been stored and shrinkwrapped at the same marina where it is docked during the season.  It has been maintained by the knowlegeable marina certified mechanics.  Updated interior includes new attractive interior paint, refreshed countertops.  It has GPS, VHF, stereo, and fishfinder.  The 27 Montego features high styling with double cabin privacy.  The mid-cabin is furnished with a full double berth, stand up dressing area, and private access to the head with shower compartment.  The main cabin features a large circular dinette/lounge that converts to a double berth with equipped galley with Origo alcohol/electric two burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven.  There is generous storage throughout.  On deck, the cockpit offers comfortable seating for six including a double wide helm seat, companion seat, and six foot lounge.  Walk through transom door provides access to a swim platform from a large cockpit area.  A large swim platform with ladder provides easy reentry to the boat.  Full canvas enclosure with curtains.  Pressurized fresh water, with a galley and head sink.  New starboard engine alternator and starter.  New fresh water pump.  The vessel has been very well maintained with an eye toward engine reliability.  Has been used mostly for puttering around Narragansett Bay, since its purchase by current owner approximately 4 years ago.  Current owner has second boat, so very anxious to sell, hence its listing on EBay.  This has been a great boat, and very comfortable for day trips as well as overnighters.  Even has a full tank (120 gallons) of gas!  These days, this alone makes it worth consideration!  The only item needing replacing, to the best of the owner’s knowledge, is the hot water tank. Really, this is a great deal for the price!

The winning bidder is required to contact the owner and provide a $500 deposit within 48 hours of auction close.  This can be done through PayPal.  Buyer agrees to pay balance due (plus any applicable taxes and fees) within 10 days of auction.  All financial transactions must be completed before removal/taking delivery of the boat. The remainder of the purchase price (absent the deposit) can be made in the form of cash in person, bank to bank wire transfer, certified check; not PayPal without further discussion.  In all cases, payment must clear the bank before the boat can be moved.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping, storage and loading charges.  Out of state buyers are responsible for all city, county, state taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the boat is to be registered.

Finally, the owner/seller offers the details of this vessel in good faith but cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant the vessel condition.  A buyer should always investigate such details as the buyer desires to be validated.
